Vote Yes on 4B
You love the arts don’t you? Then, voting YES for 4b is a no-brainer unless you’re new to the state and following districts: Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, and Jefferson.. and have no idea what I’m talking about.
The Scientific and Cultural Facilities District was created in 1998 (oops, I think I said 1988 in the podcast). Basically, what voters agreed to was the allocating of one penny for every $10 of sales tax towards funding the arts.
