Denver Startup Week
I had no idea how amazing Denver Startup Week was until I attended this year. In fact, I had no clue about the size, the amazing energy, and the resources that would be available to attendees during the week.
I won’t miss it again!
Last year I had a conflict with another event that was being held in another state. I attend that event each year so the choice was clear-I had to go. Fortunately, this year and next year I won’t have to deal with conflicting times and will be able to attend both events.
Denver Startup Week
Is quite simply a week dedicated to creating community, educating current and potential start-up/small business owners and potentially connecting these individuals with funding of some sort.
So far this week I attended a cool session where 3 businesses of varying sizes were able to pitch their product to people who might fund their enterprise. I also attended the kickoff party that was held at Union Station and I couldn’t believe how many people were there.
Tonight I plan on attending the Women in Tech event and catching a couple of other sessions throughout the week. Listen to this week’s episode of Square State to listen to me gush about this event.
I realize how fortunate I am to have access to this free resource. I won’t take it for granted.
